A day at the races

Took the Notso Special back to 50cctuning on Saturday to dial in the new exhaust, great day, it made 20.3hp as it was we added a short section to the header and got 20.7hp and loads more mid-range, here's the dyno run, over-rev is now a more sensible 14500rpm.

On Sunday Darrell (50cctuning) and myself took the bike to the local 1/4 mile for some testing, Darrell rode it as I am a lot heavier.
First run at Elvington 18.09 no speed as there were loads of glitches on the day. Great riding by Darrell being as he'd never ridden the Notso before. Each run was slightly quicker than the last, we dropped one tooth on the front after the first couple of runs but bike was flat out at the top end, should have put the 13tooth back on but were far to busy having fun and didn't want to lose any track time. Big thanks to Darrell for being the pilot and the work he did this weekend, he looked like he was having fun Sorry about the rubbish video quality

Nearly forgot the dyno graph, the runs are done in 4th gear on the 5 speed box

One of the timing slips from Sunday, it did run slightly higher top and a couple of times but this was the fastest 1/4 mile, for some reason Straightliners got the name wrong as it should have read Darrell Taylor
